TERMS & CONDITION
1) General
• I am obliged to decline your commissions if i am uncomfortable with the request
• The finished artwork will be used for my portfolio for reference to future clients
2) About the commision
• You are free to request any size canvas you wish, from vertical to horizontal
• All artworks come with a simple background and a transparent background version
• It will take around 10-14 days to finish your commission (Discussion days does not count!)
• I will do commissions first come, first serve if they have paid deposit/full
• I will update you when nearing the end of the piece
• Finish pieces will be sent via DM with a Google Drive link to preserve quality
• Please refer to my Notion page for progress of your art
3) Revision
• I allow three revisions before proceeding to the final draft. If client wishes for more revision, an addition RM5 be charged
• Many corrections can be done in a single revision so, feel free to point those out
• Feel free to tell me what is not to your liking during these revisions and i will do my best to fit your expectations
4) Copyright terms
• Finished artworks are for personal use and streaming/streamer usage
• I do not mind if you use the art on monetized streams, please credit me instead
5) Cancellation and Refund
• If for any reason that you must cancel your commission order after you have made 50% downpayment, no refund will be entertained and you dont have to pay for the rest of the money
• If i for any reason is unable to continue your commission, I will refund the downpayment to you
How to start commissioning me!1. In Twitter/Discord/Insta DM, make sure to include:-
• The chosen artwork size (bust up, thigh up etc)
• References
• When you need the piece to be done (if it’s urgent, i will do my best to accommodate)2. Await as i go through the request and confirm3. Once confirmed, deposit 50%/full payment must be paid and then, i will be able to start on your commissions4. I will start on the sketch and come back to you for revisions. Once the final sketch is confirmed, i will render the art5. I will send a message once i finish and i will tell you of what needs to be paid left in your payment (If you choose 50% payment)6. Finally, I will contact you with a Google Drive link and that completes our transaction!
